We are partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation in Dubai that is looking for a driven Senior B2B Business Developer to join their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from prospecting through to closing. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, commercially minded, and thrives in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across local and international markets. • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach through to negotiations and closing deals. • Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. • Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements. • Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. • Monitor sales pipelines, prepare forecasts and work towards achieving commercial targets. • Ensure excellent customer service, client satisfaction and long-term account retention. • Maintain accurate sales records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly organised with excellent time management and operational discipline. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage but not essential. • A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
