We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UAE for a fast-scaling global fintech. This is a highly commercial, client-facing role focused on winning new partnerships, building long-term customer relationships, and owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to launch and account growth. You'll play a key role in expanding the company's footprint across the UAE market while working with one of the fastest-growing technology businesses globally. What you'll be doing: • Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities across the UAE • Prospect, qualify, and engage stakeholders, operators, and senior decision-makers to generate new business • Own the complete sales cycle from cold outreach and meetings through to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and launch • Develop long-term relationships with staakeholders to drive adoption, expansion, and continued platform growth • Work closely with onboarding and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Analyse sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics to continuously improve results • Identify opportunities to introduce new products and increase customer value over time What they're looking for: • Proven Business Development or Sales experience within SaaS/Fintech/Payments technology (3-7 years experience is ideal) • Strong network across the UAE is highly advantageous • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle B2B sales and consistently achieving commercial targets • Experience selling to owners, operators, and C-level decision-makers • Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude and a genuine hunter mentality • Strong analytical approach with the ability to use data to improve sales performance • Fluent English is essential.
