Job Title: Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding & Logistics Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: 12,000 AED to AED 15,000 (Based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Freight Forwarding industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across Air, Sea, and Land freight services. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients • Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation services • Manage and grow existing client accounts • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals • Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth execution • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing Requirements • 2–8+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding within Dubai • Strong client network in UAE market preferred • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Valid UAE driving license (preferred) • Immediate joiners are an advantage Show more Show less
