About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong FMCG or Food & Beverage / food-service background to drive revenue growth across Dubai and the wider GCC. Based in Dubai, you will own the sales strategy for your portfolio, lead and develop a sales team, and build lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. This is a target-driven, high-ownership role for a commercially sharp manager who knows the UAE and GCC market inside out. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets across Dubai and the GCC. • Manage, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key food-service accounts (HORECA). • Identify and win new business opportunities, channels, and accounts within the FMCG / F&B sector. • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, promotions, and annual agreements with key customers. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand to adjust plans and stay ahead. • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting, and deliver accurate reporting to senior management. • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure product availability and smooth execution. • Oversee route-to-market, distribution coverage, and merchandising standards across the territory. • Control the sales budget and ensure strong return on trade spend and promotional investment. Required Qualifications & Experience • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with proven success in the FMCG or Food & Beverage / food-service sector. • Market knowledge: Strong knowledge of the UAE and wider GCC market, channels, and customer base. • Track record: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing accounts. • Channels: Experience managing distributors, retail, and/or HORECA channels. • Leadership: Proven people-management experience leading a sales team. • Language: Fluent English — excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Mobility: Valid UAE driving licence. Preferred / Nice to Have • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM (a plus, but not mandatory). • Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written). • Existing network of distributor and key-account contacts in the UAE / GCC. • Experience launching new products or entering new markets.
