About The Role We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company's growth across government and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners. • Manage the business development pipeline and support bid/no-bid decisions. • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with Proposal and Commercial teams during tender submissions. • Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles. • Experience within the UAE/GCC government or defence sectors is an advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
