Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries. • Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and excellent client service. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong business development or sales experience, preferably in the construction, technical services, FM, or related industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
