Job Purpose The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to support the company’s growth. The role focuses on client relationship management, solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation, working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven services aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Growth • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality, and facilities management. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategies. Client & Stakeholder Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions. • Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations, including Arabic-speaking stakeholders. Solution Design & Commercial Management • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, HSE) to develop and price tailored solutions. • Lead costing, pricing, and value-based proposal development. Contract Negotiation & Closure • Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization. • Coordinate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and risk management. Reporting & Performance • Track business development KPIs and pipeline performance. • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management. Sustainability & HSE • Support ESG initiatives and comply with all HSE policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field. Experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within the service industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi. • Experience in property management, facilities management, or hospitality. • Exposure to tendering and government/semi-government contracts.
