As the company continues its regional and global expansion, they are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead commercial growth and operational excellence. About the Role The Head of Business Development is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth, leading cross-functional teams, and executing strategic initiatives. This role oversees Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations while working closely with the CEO to achieve revenue and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. • Lead Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Success, and Business Operations teams. • Build strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities. • Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. • Oversee CRM, pipeline management, and business performance tracking. • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful client delivery. • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. • Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, OKRs, and annual roadmaps. • Present business performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
