Job Location - Riyadh The Head Strategic Corporate Business Development is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing cross-business growth opportunities that create new revenue streams and enhance synergies across the company’s business units. The role focuses on corporate-level strategic initiatives, new business platforms, partnerships, and investments that support long-term growth and diversification. It works closely with executive leadership to drive expansion into new sectors, services, and markets. This is a senior, executive-track position with exposure to board-level decision making. Core Mandate • Create new revenue lines across the group. • Identify and implement cross-business synergies. • Develop new strategic platforms and partnerships. • Support executive leadership on corporate growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1) Corporate Growth Initiatives • Identify new business opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term vision. • Develop and launch new revenue platforms across multiple business units. • Lead feasibility and commercial assessments of new corporate initiatives. • Translate strategic priorities into executable business opportunities. 2) Cross-Business Synergy Development • Identify opportunities to create synergies between existing business units. • Develop integrated solutions that combine capabilities across divisions. • Coordinate with business unit leaders to implement synergy initiatives. • Track and report synergy value creation. 3) New Business Line & Platform Development • Identify emerging sectors, technologies, and service models. • Develop commercial models for new business lines. • Lead the creation of new corporate platforms or verticals. • Support the launch and early-stage growth of new ventures. 4) Strategic Partnerships & Alliances • Identify and engage with global partners, technology providers, and investors. • Structure strategic alliances, joint ventures, or co-development models. • Support executive-level negotiations and relationship management. • Ensure partnerships generate measurable revenue and strategic value. 5) Strategic Investments & M&A • Identify acquisition and investment opportunities aligned with corporate growth platforms. • Develop business cases, financial models, and valuation analyses. • Support due diligence and transaction structuring. • Assist executive leadership in investment decisions. 6) Executive-Level Business Development • Support CEO and senior leadership in developing strategic client relationships. • Identify long-term programs with key government and strategic clients. • Position the company as a strategic partner rather than a transactional contractor. 7) Corporate Opportunity Pipeline • Build and maintain a pipeline of corporate-level strategic opportunities. • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic fit and financial returns. • Present opportunities to executive leadership and the board. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Revenue generated from new corporate business lines. • Value of cross-business synergy initiatives implemented. • Number and value of new strategic platforms launched. • Partnerships or joint ventures executed. • ROI/IRR of new corporate initiatives. • Contribution of new segments to total company revenue. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field. • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
