Head of Business Development & Marketing – Dubai – International Interior Design Studio Dubai | Middle East, UK, Europe & Asia | AED 35,000–42,000 per month + Commission A globally recognised, award-winning interior design studio is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development & Marketing to join their team in Dubai and drive strategic growth across the Middle East, UK, Europe and Asia. Based in Dubai and working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s international presence, securing high-value projects and strengthening its position within the luxury interiors market. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the business development and marketing strategy across key international markets. • Identify and secure new opportunities within luxury residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments. • Build and maintain relationships with developers, hotel groups, luxury brands, investors and private clients. • Lead the full business development lifecycle, including lead generation, RFQ/RFP submissions, proposal development and contract negotiations. • Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, trade shows and international industry conferences. • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning through campaigns, PR initiatives, partnerships and thought leadership. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making. • Travel regularly throughout the Middle East, UK, Europe and Asia to develop new business opportunities. About You • Minimum of 10 years’ business development experience within interior design, architecture or the luxury interiors sector. • Proven track record of generating revenue growth and securing major commercial projects. • Established network across the Middle East, with additional contacts throughout the UK, Europe and Asia highly desirable. • Strong understanding of the luxury property sector; GCC market knowledge is essential, while hospitality experience is advantageous. • Commercially driven with exceptional negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills. • Experience managing RFQ/RFP processes and using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline (MBA desirable). • Fluent English is essential; additional languages would be an advantage. • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role. • Only candidates currently in Dubai or the Middle East will be considered for this position.
