Sales Manager (B2B, Remote, Part-Time/Freelance) – International Recruitment Agency Fully Remote | Project-Based | Europe & Middle East Amiri HR is an international recruitment agency specializing in executive search and targeted recruitment of mid-level and senior professionals for companies across Russia, the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East. Our team consists of experienced recruiters who have successfully delivered recruitment projects for leading international and regional companies across a wide range of industries, including IT, e-commerce, industrial manufacturing, banking, finance, investment, tax, legal and strategic consulting, FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, construction, and more. As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join us on a freelance/project basis. Following several successful projects, there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position with a competitive base salary and significant earning potential. Your primary objective will be to identify companies that require executive or specialized recruitment services and convert them into long-term clients of the agency. Our minimum project fee is USD 4,000, with the average recruitment assignment generating USD 6,000 or more. This is a fully remote role that can easily be combined with another job or business activity. Responsibilities • Generate new B2B clients for the agency's recruitment services. • Establish relationships with HR Directors, CEOs, business owners, and other key decision-makers responsible for hiring. • Present the agency's services and identify clients' recruitment needs. • Conduct commercial negotiations and agree on cooperation terms. • Transfer signed recruitment assignments to the agency's recruitment team. • Issue invoices and monitor payment collection. • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with corporate clients. Requirements • 3–5+ years of successful experience in international B2B sales, preferably across the Middle East and Europe. • Experience selling professional services is highly desirable (HR, recruitment, consulting, marketing, IT services, etc.). • Proven experience working with corporate clients and senior decision-makers. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C-level executives. • Strong business development and lead generation skills with the ability to independently acquire new clients. • High level of self-organization, accountability, and initiative. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. • English proficiency at C1 level or higher is preferred.
