Job Summary SY Capital Estates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard top-performing Property Consultants. The ideal candidate has a strong network within the UAE real estate industry and a proven ability to recruit high-caliber sales professionals who can contribute to the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities • Source, recruit, and onboard experienced Property Consultants and real estate professionals. • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve monthly hiring targets. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals, networking, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media. • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate sales performance, market knowledge, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews with management and oversee the recruitment process through onboarding. • Promote the company's brand and value proposition to attract top real estate talent. • Build long-term relationships with industry professionals and passive candidates. • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports. • Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and support business expansion. • Ensure an exceptional candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment journey. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in UAE real estate recruitment. • Proven track record of successfully recruiting Property Consultants or real estate sales professionals. • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and brokerage operations. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets. • Reduce time-to-hire while maintaining candidate quality. • Improve new hire retention and onboarding success. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
