The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate recruitment, with proven expertise in sourcing, hiring, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for real estate roles. • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and industry-specific platforms. • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads. • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Prepare and present job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and market benchmarks. • Collaborate closely with sales managers and team leaders to understand hiring requirements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS / Monday.com. • Attend career fairs, industry events, and networking functions to promote employer branding. Stay informed about real estate market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of real estate job roles, licensing requirements, and industry-specific terminology. • Proficiency in using ATS, Monday.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable and other sourcing tools. • Ability to negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines. • High level of confidentiality and professionalism • Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Arabic, or others) are a plus Benefits • Salary: 7,000 AED + Commission • Career growth and professional development opportunities • Supportive and collaborative work environment Show more Show less
