We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Recruiter with proven experience hiring real estate agents in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the local property market, an established industry network, and the ability to attract top sales talent in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Source, screen, and recruit high-performing real estate agents. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. • Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring timelines. • Develop sourcing strategies and strengthen employer branding initiatives. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience. • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market. • Existing real estate network is highly preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Fluent English is required; Chinese or Russian speakers are an advantage. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
