Senior Business Development Manager (Northern Emirates) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead initiatives in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, deep market expertise, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities • Drive new business by identifying potential clients, cross-selling, and achieving annual targets. • Manage and retain the renewal base to ensure high renewal retention rates. • Support departmental KPIs and prospect lead targets as assigned by your Manager. • Maintain sales MIS and update data in salesforce and other data management systems • Provide timely sales reports to your reporting manager and ensure compliance with systems and procedures. • Collect and record renewal information from clients effectively. • Effectively coordinate with colleagues and manages activities to meet department goal(s) in accordance with established business plans and budgets to ensure delivery of timely, high quality customer service. • Assist with customer claims, queries, billing, and collections. • Stay updated on products, market conditions, and competitors to maintain credibility with clients. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective service delivery. • Monitor market dynamics to ensure efficient and effective work practices. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze new business opportunities, research and detect problems. • Confident negotiator and able to close the deal independently. • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
