Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) *Shortlisted candidate will be contacted. We do not entertain DMs or calls. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with brokers, investors, and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote the company’s real estate projects. • Build, manage, and continuously expand relationships with real estate brokers and agencies across the UAE. • Ensure all partner agencies remain actively engaged, informed, and aligned with ongoing and upcoming projects. • Regularly reconnect with inactive or less active agencies to revive partnerships and drive renewed sales activity. • Maintain consistent communication with agencies through meetings, calls, presentations, and project updates. • Support agencies with the latest marketing materials, pricing, and project information to enhance sales performance. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute project launches and campaigns. • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. • Prepare regular reports on agency performance, sales pipeline, and market insights. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within a real estate developer in the UAE. • Strong network of brokers and real estate professionals in the UAE market. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with off-plan property sales. • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market regulations and trends. • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
