We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a strong background in Audit, Tax, Accounting, and Advisory services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with an audit or professional services firm and a proven track record of driving business growth, leading sales teams, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Drive business development activities to generate new clients for Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory, and related professional services. • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Develop sales strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent pipeline growth. • Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and propose tailored service solutions. • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • 5–8 years of business development experience, preferably within an Audit, Tax, Accounting, or Advisory firm. • Strong understanding of professional services including Audit, Tax, Accounting, VAT/Corporate Tax, CFO services, and Advisory solutions. • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a business development or sales team. • Proven ability to generate quality leads and consistently achieve revenue targets. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Strong network within the UAE corporate market will be an advantage. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
