Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ERP Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the full sales cycle for Absolute ERP solutions. Daily activities include delivering tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role also involves collaborating with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, tracking sales performance, and contributing to sales forecasts and strategic planning. The ERP Sales Manager is expected to represent Absolute ERP professionally in the market and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end ERP or software solution sales cycles. • Candidates should possess Sales Presentations skills, including the ability to deliver compelling demos and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. • Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build pipelines, nurture relationships, and grow revenue from new and existing clients. • Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales, preferably within manufacturing, trading, or service industries. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and travel within the region as needed. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant sales or ERP certifications are an advantage.
