Role Description The Managing Partner – Business Development & Growth is a senior, full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is not a traditional sales role. The successful candidate will operate as a senior commercial leader with significant responsibility for revenue generation, strategic partnerships, client acquisition, team development, and the broader growth of Bizvisor. The role is designed for an experienced professional who has built a strong track record within company formation, corporate services, consultancy, legal services, financial services, or another relevant professional-services environment and is now seeking the opportunity to participate more directly in the value they create. The Managing Partner will be expected to personally originate and close high-value business, develop strategic referral channels, build and manage a strong commercial pipeline, and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy. Over time, the role may expand beyond business development into wider commercial and general-management responsibilities, including team leadership, service development, revenue forecasting, operational improvement, and commercial P&L ownership. For the right candidate, the compensation structure may include a competitive fixed package, performance-based incentives, profit participation, and a clearly defined pathway to equity based on contribution, performance, and long-term commitment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute Bizvisor’s business-development and commercial growth strategy. • Originate, develop, and close high-value client opportunities across free zone and mainland company formation, corporate structuring, PRO services, licensing, banking support, and compliance solutions. • Build a sustainable portfolio of entrepreneurs, investors, startups, SMEs, and international companies entering or expanding within the UAE. • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with free zones, law firms, accounting firms, banks, financial institutions, family offices, real-estate firms, investment advisers, and other referral partners. • Conduct senior-level client consultations to understand commercial objectives, ownership structures, regulatory requirements, and market-entry needs. • Design and present tailored commercial proposals and business-setup solutions. • Oversee the client journey from initial consultation through incorporation, licensing, banking assistance, and ongoing corporate support. • Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and seamless client experience throughout the engagement. • Build, manage, and maintain a structured commercial pipeline, including lead qualification, forecasting, proposal management, conversion tracking, and revenue reporting. • Identify opportunities to improve Bizvisor’s services, pricing, positioning, client packages, and recurring-revenue offerings. • Recruit, mentor, and lead business-development and client-relationship professionals as the commercial function expands. • Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, finance, and client-servicing teams to ensure efficient execution and strong client retention. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with free zones, government authorities, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. • Represent Bizvisor at industry events, conferences, networking forums, partnership meetings, and senior client engagements. • Contribute to annual budgets, commercial targets, growth planning, and broader company strategy. • Take increasing responsibility for the company’s commercial performance and, where appropriate, wider general-management functions. Qualifications and Experience • Significant experience in business development, sales leadership, partnerships, or commercial management within company formation, corporate services, consultancy, legal services, financial services, accounting, banking, or another professional-services environment. • A strong and demonstrable record of personally originating, negotiating, and closing substantial business. • Established professional relationships within the UAE or GCC business community. • Strong understanding of UAE free zone and mainland company formation, licensing, PRO services, corporate structuring, banking, and regulatory-compliance requirements. • Experience working with entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, corporate executives, financial institutions, government authorities, and professional advisers. • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and sustainable referral channels. • Strong commercial judgment, including experience with pricing, proposals, negotiation, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and account development. • Demonstrated leadership capability, including team building, mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to operate effectively as both a hands-on business originator and a senior company leader. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. • Ability to explain complex regulatory and corporate matters clearly and confidently to clients. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, Management, or a related field. • An MBA, postgraduate qualification, or relevant professional certification is an advantage. • Fluency in English is required. • Arabic or additional language capabilities are considered a strong advantage.
