JOB PURPOSE We are a fast-growing Business Setup, Tax, and Accounting Consulting firm based in the UAE, seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Specialist to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and closing business within the UAE business setup, corporate tax, VAT, and accounting/advisory services space, with strong knowledge of the local market, regulatory landscape, and client base (SMEs, entrepreneurs, free zone companies, and multinational entities). This role requires someone who can independently identify opportunities, build a strong referral and partner network, and convert leads into long-term client relationships — while working closely with the tax, accounting, and company formation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. 3.
