Sales & Partnerships Manager

A high-growth ecommerce investment business is looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Relationship Manager to help scale a partner-led acquisition programme. This is not a passive account management role. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating deal flow, evaluating opportunities and helping drive acquisitions from initial conversation through to close. The role will involve: • Building partnerships with brokers, consultants, agency owners and deal networks • Running discovery calls and onboarding new partners • Managing and growing an active referral pipeline • Reviewing commercial and financial business data • Supporting acquisition offers and negotiations • Working directly with the founder on pipeline and partner performance What they are looking for: • Strong background in sales, partnerships or business development • Confident negotiator who knows how to move deals forward • Commercially minded with excellent communication skills • Highly organised and proactive • Dubai-based and happy working full-time on-site Show more Show less
