Future Talent Arabia is a boutique executive search and talent solutions firm supporting ambitious organisations across the GCC. We are focused on future technology and AI, energy, infrastructure and other priority sectors. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to run targeted outbound outreach and consistently book qualified discovery meetings with hiring decision-makers in the UAE, KSA and wider Gulf Region. What You’ll Do • Run high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach (cold calling, email, and LinkedIn) to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and business decision-makers. • Research and target companies in Vision 2030 priority sectors (AI, energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, finance & fintech, etc.). • Qualify needs, understand client talent challenges in the market (including localisation requirements) and book discovery calls for the senior team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. • Continuously improve outreach scripts, messaging, and objection handling, with a focus on Saudi business culture and decision-making styles. • Support the broader business development effort by feeding high-quality Saudi opportunities into the pipeline. What We Need • 1–3+ years of outbound B2B sales, BDE, or cold-calling experience (professional services or recruitment experience is a strong plus). • Confident and professional on the phone, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders. • Excellent English writing skills and strong follow-up discipline. • Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is highly advantageous. • Genuine interest in or knowledge of the Saudi market, Vision 2030, and key industries (tech, energy, finance, etc.) is a major plus. • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and improve quickly. • Willingness to travel occasionally to Saudi Arabia as the role develops.
