Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional eager to learn the ropes of real estate business development and progress toward becoming a full-cycle closer. Key Responsibilities • Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive interest and schedule appointments. • Assist in property inspections and participate in client meetings alongside senior team members. • Shadow experienced managers and team leaders during deal closings to understand the end-to-end sales process. • Coordinate with the operations team to support documentation and logistical requirements. • Take on increasing responsibilities in deal closures based on demonstrated performance and learning progress. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome). • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships or part-time roles count). • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. • Confidence in presenting to clients and building relationships. • Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. • Passion for real estate, sales, and learning the full sales cycle. • Highly organized with good time management skills. • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); Russian is a plus. • A valid UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of client meetings and property inspections supported. • Conversion leads to proposal and contract stages. • Timely updates and responsiveness within the CRM system.
