Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls Support OD Supervisor in developing and updating job descriptions for all existing and new positions. Ensure to update Position Mapping regularly with new positions and upload it to Hive. Assist OD Supervisor with master data analysis. Support OD Supervisor in overseeing performance management process and helping HRBPs when needed. Handle engagement survey design, preparing the content, communication emails, data preparation and presentation. Support OD Team in any initiatives and requested tasks. Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
