Logistics Partner Enablement Intern

Responsibilities: 1. Translate partner-facing communications (announcements, policy updates, training materials) from English into Arabic, ensuring accuracy and appropriate tone. 2. Handle and follow up on partner support tickets (TT), ensuring timely responses and proper escalation when needed. 3. Maintain a shared glossary of commonly used operational terms (English-Arabic) to keep translations consistent. 4. Support the partner management team with ad-hoc Arabic communication needs. Requirements: 1. Arabic with strong business English; Understanding Chinese is a PLUS. 2. Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Translation, Business, or a related field. 3. Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment. 4. Based in Riyadh with valid internship/work authorization in KSA. 5. Available for a 3-month internship.
