Partnership Management Manager (Logistics)

Responsibilities: 1. Own delivery operations and performance, ensuring stable daily operations and achievement of key business targets. 2. Develop, onboard, and manage 3PL partners, building professional and productive relationships while maintaining clear performance accountability. 3. Manage courier supply and capacity planning with partners, including recruitment, onboarding, vehicle mix, and supply allocation based on business demand. 4. Monitor and analyze key delivery KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and implement action plans to improve delivery efficiency, fulfillment, service quality, and customer experience. 5. Manage partner compliance and operational standards, ensuring partners and couriers meet company requirements and applicable regulations. 6. Lead operational projects and problem-solving initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and deliver measurable results. 7. Identify operational risks and partner issues early, take corrective action, escalate when necessary, and follow through until resolution. 8. Conduct regular business reviews with 3PL partners, using data to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up on agreed actions. Requirements: 1. 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, food delivery, e-commerce operations, 3PL management, marketplace operations, or a related field. 2. Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. 3. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate data into practical actions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with 3PL partners, internal teams, and management. 5. Strong operational ownership and execution capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders. 7. High standards of integrity, professional judgment, and accountability, particularly when managing external partners and business-sensitive information. 8. Willingness and ability to be based in or relocate to cities across Saudi Arabia according to business needs. Highlights: 1.
