Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Case Study- Specialist (26002834)Job Description Case Study- Specialist - (26002834) Job Description إعداد دراسات حالات تفصيلية لتقييم الجوانب الاجتماعية والأسرية والمالية والصحية والتعليمية وفقاً للإجراءات والمعايير المعتمدة والتعاون مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لإعداد خطط التدخل ومتابعة تنفيذها لضمان استفادة المتعاملين من الخدمات وصرف المنافع وفقاً للحالات.الواجبات والمسؤوليات التشغيلية1. إعداد دراسات حالات تفصيلية عن الحالات الواردة للهيئة بشكل مباشر والحالات المحولة من الجهات المشاركة في النظام الموحد لإدارة الحالات وذلك لتقييم الجوانب الاجتماعية والأسرية والمالية والصحية والتعليمية والنفسية وفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة وتقييم المخاطر بشكل مبدئي.2. التعاون مع الإدارات الداخلية التخصصية (مثل: كبار المواطنين؛ أصحاب الهمم؛ الاستشارات الأسرية؛ حماية الطفل؛ المنافع والتمكين المالي ) لوضع خطط التدخل الشاملة حسب الحالات والفئات.3. التعاون والتنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية الموفرة للخدمات لتوفير الخدمات حسب الاحتياجات وفقاً لدراسة الحالات وخطط التدخل (مثال: دائرة الشؤون الاسلامية والعمل الخيري؛ مؤسسة الأوقاف وإدارة أموال القصر ؛ وزارة تنمية المجتمع والجهات الأخرى).4. تزويد المتعاملين بالبيانات والاستشارات لمعرفة البرامج والخدمات المقدمة وتفاصيل خطط التدخل وتقديم الدعم اللازم عند الحاجة.5. إعداد دراسات الحالات للجان المعتمدة في الهيئة ( لجنة الحالات الانسانية الحرجة؛ لجنة تظلمات المنافع المالية) ومتابعة توصيات اللجان وضمان تنفيذها ومتابعة المستجدات في الحالات والتأكد من الخدمات التي تم الحصول عليها من الهيئة.6. عمل زيارات ميدانية لمتابعة الحالات وفقاً للمعايير المعتمدة والعمل على استكمال دراسات الحالات والإجراءات لاستفادة المستحقين من الخدمات سواء من الجهات الخارجية أو الداخلية في الهيئة.7. المتابعة المستمرة لتنفيذ خطوات خطط التدخل التي تم وضعها بالمشاركة مع الإدارات المعنية بالفئات المستهدفة وفقاً للحالات وذلك من خلال الاجتماعات الدورية مع الإدارات والمقابلات مع المتعاملين والنزول الميداني حسب الحاجة بغرض التأكد من تحقيق المستهدفات والتزام الأطراف.8. المتابعة المستمرة لخطط التدخل ورفع التوصيات للاخصائيين الاوائل لإجراء التغييرات اللازمة على الخطط بناءً على مستجدات الحالات.9. رفع توصيات إغلاق الحالات إلى المسؤولين المباشرين بناءً على التقييم المبدئي لتنفيذ الخطط وتحقيق المستهدفات.10. تحليل وتقييم نتائج الحالات التي تم إغلاقها، والتأكد من فعالية النتائج ورفع التوصيات التطويرية حسب البيانات ونتائج دراسات الحالات.11. إعداد التقارير الدورية عن الحالات والدراسات الاجتماعية والانجاز في خطط التدخل وإغلاقها ورفعها للاعتماد.12. تسجيل بيانات المتعاملين وخطط التدخل والخدمات بشكل دوري ودقيق على قواعد البيانات الالكترونية لدعم التنفيذ والمتابعة الفعالة والتحديث بشكل مستمر.13. الإلتزام بسياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات المعتمدة بالهيئة والعمل على الامتثال بالضوابط لضمان سرية المعلومات14. أية مهام واختصاصات أخرى في نطاق مسئوليات الوظيفة. Qualifications المتطلبات التعليمية· بكالوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية أو علم النفس أو ما يعادلهما.· اجادة اللغتين العربية والانجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).متطلبات الخبرة· من 4 - 6 سنوات خبرة في مجال ذو علاقة. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology or equivalent. Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). 4-6 years of relevant experience.

1. Prepare detailed case studies for cases referred to the authority to assess social, family, financial, health, educational and psychological aspects according to approved procedures and standards, and assess risks preliminarily. 2. Collaborate with internal specialized departments (e.g., senior citizens; people with disabilities; family counseling; child protection; benefits and financial empowerment) to develop comprehensive intervention plans by case and category. 3. Coordinate with external service providers to deliver services according to case studies and intervention plans (e.g., Islamic Affairs and Charity Work; Endowments and Guardians’ Funds; Ministry of Community Development and other bodies). 4. Provide clients with data and consultations about programs and services and details of intervention plans, offering needed support. 5. Prepare case studies for authorized committees (Humanitarian Case Committee; Financial Benefits Appeal Committee) and follow up on committee recommendations to ensure implementation and monitor case developments and services. 6. Conduct field visits to follow up on cases and complete case studies and procedures to ensure beneficiaries obtain services from internal or external entities. 7. Continuously monitor implementation of intervention plan steps with relevant departments and conduct regular meetings, interviews with clients, and field visits as needed to ensure targets are met and parties comply. 8. Continuously monitor intervention plans and raise recommendations to senior frontline specialists to adjust plans based on case developments. 9. Submit case closure recommendations to direct supervisors based on initial evaluation of plan execution and target achievement. 10. Analyze and evaluate outcomes of closed cases, ensure effectiveness of results, and raise developmental recommendations based on data and case study results. 11. Prepare periodic reports on cases, social studies, and progress of intervention plans and closures for approval. 12. Enter and maintain client and intervention plan data and services in electronic databases for effective execution and ongoing updates. 13. Adhere to information security policies and procedures and ensure compliance with controls to protect confidentiality. 14. Carry out any other tasks within the scope of the role.
