Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Senior Officer- Strategic Planning (26001717)Job Description Senior Officer- Strategic Planning - (26001717) Job Description KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Create and maintain the tracking database for all office files, receipts, invoices, and payment received.# Maintain the Department employees' personnel files in the department in co-ordination with the HRD# Coordinate the activities of the directors and ensure clerical works and the image of the office is presentableto the visitors.# Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate# Responsible for timely ordering and printing all office pre-printed stationery items letter-head, mailingenvelopes, business cards, re-use me envelopes etc.# Support with clerical duties according to the demand of the director/Department workload.# To coordinate any office equipments or other maintenance works with the respective maintenance vendors# To generate various employee reports or records as deemed necessary# Assist the director in all his administration functions and to carry out administrative duties as assigned in linewith the SBU standards and procedures.# Responsible to provide the required offices equipment and maintenance of office supplies and assist withdocumentation and corresponded with other departments throughout the SBU concerning the administrationissues.# Responsible for the implementation of the annual leave and sick leave policy and the preparation of theirreturn advices and informing the HR department for the necessary action.# Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the director office administrator requirements.# Report and advice the director of any changes to personnel issues, take transcriptions where required, andattend internal team meetings as necessary.# Prepare and ensure that all formalities are completed upon termination and resignation of an employee likeclearance and cancellation formalities.# Responsible for the preparation of the necessary experience certificates and other documents as deemednecessary by the Director, managers and staff.
