Oversees the preparation, analysis, and reporting of organizational performance, including benchmarking key performance indicators (KPIs), in collaboration with relevant organizational units and in accordance with best practices. Reviews performance reports in coordination with the direct supervisor to ensure readiness for approval in line with established governance frameworks. Contributes to enhancing organizational performance and improving the quality of outputs by providing technical and advisory support, strengthening institutional integration, and supporting the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Government of Dubai.Review the strategic and operational objectives and work plans for the Authority’s projects and initiatives and follow up on their implementation with relevant organizational units.Provide technical supervision over the periodic update of the institutional strategy, ensuring its alignment with approved directions, while supporting organizational units in identifying initiatives, projects, and institutional programs.Monitor the KPI and updating the institutional performance indicators and operational targets in approved systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and analyze results while providing necessary recommendations.Conduct benchmarking and analyze strategic performance indicators in accordance with global best practices.Manage and follow up on feedback and suggestions received through official channels and government platforms and coordinate their resolution and closure within approved timeframes and regulatory frameworks.Monitor the implementation of quality management systems, analyze non-conformities, and provide technical support for corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Implement an annual plan for the Authority’s participation in local, regional, and international awards, ensuring proper governance to enhance institutional excellence and competitiveness.Develop standardized methodologies for managing teams and committees and monitoring their performance to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives.Follow up on the compliance of organizational units with the implementation of the strategic plan, assess alignment with approved objectives and indicators, analyze achievement levels, identify challenges, propose corrective actions, and prepare periodic performance reports.Promote a culture of performance management and institutional excellence among employees through awareness and knowledge sharing.Coordinate with relevant government entities to support integration and achieve shared objectives.Monitor the implementation of institutional innovation initiatives and evaluate their impact on overall performance.Represent the department in relevant meetings and workshops and extract outcomes and recommendations.Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned.
