Review DGHR and Dubai draft and approved laws continuously to update HR policies and procedures accordingly. Operations Follow up on the implementation of DGEP criteria related to human capital and Emiratization, ensuring compliance with all requirements.Review and respond to employee grievance cases to ensure resolutions align with Dubai Government Human Resources Law, DGHR policies, organization-wide regulations, and contractual obligations.Provide legal guidance to HR Business Partners, and leadership on appropriate corrective actions, disciplinary measures, or settlements.Oversee development and administration of HR policies, processes, procedures, and forms, ensuring alignment with legal frameworks and best practices. Respond to legal inquiries from organizational units and staff, providing timely advice and ensuring compliance with applicable frameworks. Coordinate with Internal Audit and Quality Audit functions to ensure HR development processes meet compliance and audit standards.Represent employees and organisation in any legal cases pending in the court regarding HR laws and procedures. Product / Process Improvement Improve HR Development Department services, processes, and procedures by embedding legal governance and regulatory compliance.Audit departmental outputs, recommend enhancements, and ensure legal robustness of frameworks and initiatives.Establish and oversee an internal quality‑audit framework for HR processes, including scheduling audits, coordinating with Quality/Internal Audit, tracking non‑conformities, and driving corrective actions.
