Sales Account Manager - Chemical & Industrial

The Account Manager - Chemical & Industrial Markets is responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across the Middle East region, with new client and project acquisition as the primary focus. The role promotes NOV's composite pipework systems, fiberglass structures and FRP tank solutions across oil & gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, power generation, mining, renewables, energy transition, data centres and industrial infrastructure.

Essential Engineering education and/or equivalent experience in industrial sales, engineered products or technical sales. Minimum of 5-10 years of high dollar account management. Middle East industrial market experience required; specific education/years not stated in source document. Sales track record in Middle East industrial markets. Experience selling engineered products and solutions. Understanding of project-based EPC, contractor and end-user sales cycles. Experience supporting territory growth, customer development and business development activities. Business development, customer account management, sales pipeline development, forecasting and conversion planning. Technical guidance, product recommendation, bid preparation and contract negotiation support. Strong collaboration with customers, channel partners, EPC contractors and internal stakeholders. Ability to travel extensively across the Middle East region (approx. 60%). Desirable Engineering, technical or business qualification relevant to industrial markets. Experience with composite pipework, fiberglass structures or FRP tank solutions Experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, power, mining, renewables, energy transition, data centres or industrial infrastructure. Regional customer, EPC contractor and channel partner network. Knowledge of NOV composite pipework systems, fiberglass structures and FRP tank solutions. Additional regional language capability and established Middle East industry relationships.
