Construction Manager

Guildhall is running a search for a large construction company delivering major building projects for a range of clients. This Construction Manager will take full site responsibility for a live high-rise build, from subcontractor control through to QA/QC and HSE enforcement. The business continues to grow its site leadership team as project volume increases. It is a rare seat for someone who wants to run a tower, not manage a function around one. The role • Run daily site operations for a live high-rise build in Dubai end to end • Direct scheduling, resource allocation and day-to-day troubleshooting on site • Enforce HSE, QA/QC and UAE building code compliance across the project • Coordinate structural and MEP interfaces with architects and consultants • Review shop drawings, manage change orders, permits and progress reporting • Control costs, manage materials and certify subcontractor payments What you'll bring • Experience delivering large-scale high-rise towers is required. • A managerial track record delivering similar projects within the UAE and beyond • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management • Working proficiency in Primavera or MS Project • Strong working knowledge of local construction regulations • Experience coordinating with international consultants and architects is an advantage
