Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Construction Manager to lead our execution strategy and oversee on-site operations from pre-construction through to hand-over. In this role, you will own the "how" of our builds; translating project plans into reality by optimizing resources, managing subcontractor workflows, and ensuring uncompromising safety and quality standards. What you'll do • Lead Site Execution: Oversee construction methodologies, sequencing, and daily on-site strategic operations. • Schedule & Progress Tracking: Develop and monitor comprehensive construction schedules, milestones, and logistics planning to prevent project delays. • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, evaluate, and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless site productivity and workflow alignment. • Cost Control: Monitor construction resource allocations, material logistics, and site-level expenditures to maximize cost efficiency. • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA standards) and ensure all work complies with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements. • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to maintain structural integrity and project specifications. • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates and mitigate project risks. What we're looking for • Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7+ years of experience in construction management, specifically managing Commercial / Residential / high-rise projects. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with construction management software like Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project. • Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification or equivalent safety credentials preferred. • Leadership: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to lead diverse on-site teams. • Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of local building regulations, permitting procedures, and vendor networks.

Minimum of 5 - 7+ years of experience in construction management, specifically managing Commercial / Residential / high-rise projects.
