Job Description – Construction Manager (High-Rise Building) *Experience:* 13–16 Years *Industry:* Construction / Main Contractor *Location:* UAE ### Key Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. - 13–16 years of core building construction experience. - Mandatory experience with reputed main contracting companies. - *Last company must have experience in executing high-rise buildings of at least 50 floors.* - Proven ability to manage site execution, construction teams, subcontractors and project resources. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, quality control and HSE standards. - Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients and project management teams. - UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. ### Mandatory Selection Criteria - Main contractor experience only. - Minimum 50-floor high-rise building experience in the last company is compulsory. - Infrastructure, roads, oil & gas, landscaping and precast-only backgrounds will not be considered. - CV must clearly mention the last company's project details and building height. *Salary Budget:* AED 30,000–35,000 per month • *Requirement:* Urgent
