Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily activities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with property owners, prospective buyers, and tenants. The role also involves providing timely customer service, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The agent will work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver a high-quality client experience. Qualifications • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property principles. • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions and familiarity with local market practices. • Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets. • Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including client relationship management and communication. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage. • Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems and real estate listing platforms. • Prior experience in the Dubai or GCC real estate market is a plus.
