Sort and distribute items promptly. • Administrative & Facilities Support: Assist the operations or HR teams with basic clerical tasks (data entry, scanning, binding documents) during downtime. Core Competencies • Professional Presence: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a well-groomed, professional presentation. • Multi-Tasking Pro: Ability to handle a ringing phone, a guest standing in front of you, and an incoming delivery courier simultaneously without losing composure. • Punctuality & Reliability: As the opener/closer of the front desk, consistent and timely attendance is absolutely critical. • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive or confidential visitor and company information with total integrity.
