Key Responsibilities • Lead and optimize end-to-end HR operations across multiple business units • Align HR strategy with aggressive business growth and expansion plans • Drive performance management frameworks that enforce accountability • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design • Oversee employee relations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex issues • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal governance standards • Strengthen HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making What We’re Looking For • 5–7+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure • Proven track record in high-growth, performance-driven industries (real estate preferred) • Strong business acumen — understands revenue, targets, and operational pressure • Hands-on leader who can execute, not just strategize • Confident stakeholder manager, capable of influencing senior leadership
