We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources within the Construction, Real Estate Development, or Property Development sectors in the UAE. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while supporting a fast-paced and expanding business environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws. - Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes. - Partner with department heads to identify workforce planning requirements. - Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives. - Manage performance appraisal processes and succession planning. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies. - Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination. - Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR records. - Support organizational development and training programs. - Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations. - Drive a positive workplace culture and employee retention initiatives.
