The firm focuses on capital markets matters such as listings, CMA licensing and compliance, investment funds, and acquisitions of listed companies. It also advises on corporate work, including company incorporation, restructuring, due diligence, partner exits, governance, and financing documentation. In addition, the firm provides private legal wealth services, covering family holdings, succession and wills, real-estate financing, and protecting shareholders’ rights. The office is located in Bneid Al-Gar, Kuwait, and serves clients across the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Lawyer registered in Kuwait, based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Junior Lawyer will support senior lawyers in researching and drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and contracts across capital markets, corporate, and private wealth matters. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and summarizing legal documents, assisting with due diligence, preparing filings and documentation for regulatory and court submissions, and helping with company incorporation and restructuring work. The role involves communicating with clients under supervision, preparing meeting notes, maintaining case and transaction files, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation and compliance with applicable Kuwaiti laws and regulations. The Junior Lawyer will also assist in monitoring regulatory developments, updating internal templates, and contributing to the continuous improvement of firm processes. Qualifications • Registered lawyer in Kuwait with a valid local license and strong knowledge of Kuwaiti laws and regulations. • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional legal or financial qualifications are an advantage. • Experience or demonstrable interest in capital markets, corporate law, and private wealth / family business matters. • Must have Kuwaiti lawyer Association Badge and registration. Registered lawyer in Kuwait with a valid local license and strong knowledge of Kuwaiti laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional legal or financial qualifications are an advantage. Experience or demonstrable interest in capital markets, corporate law, and private wealth / family business matters. Must have Kuwaiti lawyer Association Badge and registration.
