Legal Assistant (Paralegal / Junior Lawyer)

Milele is a diversified group operating in vehicle supply and trading, vehicle rental and sales, real estate and property development across the UAE. We’re looking for a bilingual legal professional to join our in-house Legal Department and support our Chief Legal Officer. About The Role You will work on a high volume of transactional documents across several business lines, and support the Group on matters before UAE courts and regulators. It’s a strong opportunity for a driven junior legal professional to build broad experience in corporate and commercial law in the UAE. What You’ll Do • Draft, review and redline MOUs, NDAs, NCNDAs and commercial, supplier, vendor and service agreements across Group companies. • Support drafting and review of SPAs, vehicle rental and lease agreements and related transaction documents. • Maintain the department’s contract templates and precedent bank. • Support case files before UAE courts, including pleadings, evidence bundles and filings, and assist with matters before the Disputes Centre and other tribunals. • Work with external counsel, and track case status, deadlines and hearing dates. • Prepare case summaries, legal memoranda and status reports for the Chief Legal Officer. • Support regulatory compliance, licensing and AML documentation across the Group. • Keep legal files, contract registers and compliance deadlines up to date across Group entities. • Draft formal letters and correspondence in English and Arabic. What We’re Looking For • A law degree (LLB) or equivalent. • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a real estate, corporate group or multi-entity commercial environment in the UAE. • Experience drafting MOUs, NDAs and commercial or service agreements (required). • Exposure to UAE court proceedings (required). • Working familiarity with SPAs and general transactional documents. • Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written. You will draft and review in both languages. • Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several files and deadlines at once. • Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks such as RERA, DLD, Jafza, DET and MOHRE is an advantage.
