Our innovative software seamlessly integrates accounting processes with route planning, providing businesses with a comprehensive solution for efficient and accurate financial management. Our Enterprise Mobility software products are designed to streamline operations for a wide range of industries, including distribution, delivery, field sales and government. With real-time tracking and automation features, businesses can optimize their routes, enhance order accuracy, and maximize productivity. The software also facilitates secure and transparent financial transactions, enabling businesses to manage sales, inventory, and customer accounts effortlessly. The role Every enterprise deal Mirnah wins leaves a long trail of work behind it - quotations and proposals, tender documents, purchase orders, delivery confirmations, invoices and collections - that passes through several teams. When that trail is well managed, account managers spend their time with customers, and customers get fast and accurate answers. The Sales Coordinator is the administrative and coordination hub of the sales team. The role prepares and tracks sales documentation, keeps CRM and pipeline data accurate, coordinates between sales, pre-sales, delivery and finance, follows orders through to invoicing and payment, and supports customer communication, meetings and events. This is an office-based role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working closely with the Sales Head, Sales Account Managers and Software Pre-Sales Engineers. What you'll do Sales Administration • Quotations and proposals — prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers and cover letters from approved templates and price lists, and route them for internal approval. • Tender documentation — compile tender and RFP submissions, gathering the required company documents, certificates and forms, and tracking submission deadlines. • Vendor registration — complete supplier registration and vendor onboarding forms required by customers and their procurement portals. • Document control — maintain an organised, up-to-date library of sales documents, contracts, price lists, company profiles and product brochures. Order Processing and Follow-up • Purchase orders — receive and record customer purchase orders, check them against the approved quotation, and raise any discrepancy with the account manager. • Order tracking — coordinate with delivery, project management and finance teams to track each order through delivery, installation and invoicing. • Invoicing — request invoices from finance and confirm that they reach the customer with the correct supporting documents. • Collections follow-up — track outstanding payments, send reminders and statements in coordination with finance, and keep account managers informed. CRM and Reporting • CRM data — keep customer, contact, opportunity and order records in the CRM accurate and current, and prompt the team for missing updates. • Sales reporting — prepare weekly and monthly sales activity, pipeline, forecast, order and collections reports for the Sales Head. • Target tracking — track sales performance against targets and highlight gaps and overdue actions. Team and Customer Support • Scheduling — schedule customer meetings, demonstrations and site visits, and coordinate the sales team’s calendars and travel arrangements. • Customer communication — act as a point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email, in Arabic and English, and route them to the right person promptly. • Meetings — prepare meeting materials, take minutes of internal sales meetings and track agreed actions to completion. • Events — support exhibitions, customer events and marketing campaigns with logistics and materials. Confidentiality and Compliance • Handle customer information, pricing and contract documents confidentially, in line with Mirnah policies. • Ensure quotations and sales documents use approved pricing, terms and templates, and that the required approvals are recorded before any document is released to a customer. What you'll bring • 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales coordination, sales support, sales administration or a similar office-based role, preferably in a B2B or technology company. • Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written — the role communicates with customers and colleagues in both languages every day. • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, for quotations, reports and presentations. • Experience using a CRM system to record and track customer and sales information. • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle several requests and deadlines at once. • Careful attention to detail in pricing, quantities, dates and customer details. • Clear and professional communication by phone, by email and in person. • Willing and eligible to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Nice to have • Experience coordinating sales for enterprise software, IT solutions or technology hardware. • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems for order and invoice processing, such as SAP or Oracle. • Experience preparing tender submissions and supplier registrations for large organisations. • Experience in FMCG, distribution or supply chain environments. • Working understanding of the order-to-cash process. How we work • Organisation — keeps many moving parts in order so that nothing falls through the gaps. • Accuracy — checks every figure, date and name before a document leaves the office. • Responsiveness — answers customers and colleagues promptly and closes the loop. • Clear communication — writes and speaks clearly and professionally, in Arabic or English. • Initiative — anticipates what the sales team will need and prepares it before being asked. • Discretion — handles pricing, contracts and customer information confidentially. • Teamwork — works smoothly across sales, pre-sales, delivery and finance.
