Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst Work location: Dubai, UAE Job summary: This role is to bridge the gap between business needs and user experience design by leveraging the analytical skills and understanding of user interface and experience principles. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for UI/UX design and development. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Proficiency in process diagram and its tools such as Microsoft Visio. Document business requirements, user stories, and design specifications in a clear and organized manner. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure consistency and facilitate future updates. Work closely with developers to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations. This job requires an ability to thrivein a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do attitude. Responsibilities: • Demonstrates and application knowledge on UI /UX tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. • Application knowledge on drawing process diagram using Microsoft Visio. • Collaborate with Vendor, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and design decisions. Facilitate communication and maintain a shared understanding of project objectives. • Analyze user engagement metrics, feedback, and other relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of UI/UX designs. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the user experience. • Document business requirements, user stories, and design specifications in a clear and organized manner. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure consistency and facilitate future updates. • Work closely with developers to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations. • Experience in Hybrid development methodology (Waterfall +Agile) • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and business analysis. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications & experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or • equivalent work experience, preferred • 8+ years as UI/UX Business Analyst in digital product development • Figma / sketch / Adobe XD /JustinMind or similar proto typing tool • Microsoft Visio / SmartDraw or similar process drawing tools • Analytical Tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, tableau or Advanced Excel • Good communication skill Show more Show less
