Key Requirements: * Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE. * Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations. * Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. * Hands-on knowledge of UAE employment contracts, visa processing, onboarding, offboarding, and labour compliance. * Ability to independently manage HR functions and ensure compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
