Payroll Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Operations & Maintenance and Contracting sector, managing the full payroll cycle accurately and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and WPS requirements. Responsibilities: • Process monthly payroll, including allowances, deductions, overtime, leave payments, and end-of-service benefits (EOSB) • Validate payroll inputs from attendance, leave, and employee movements • Ensure compliance with GOSI and WPS requirements • Coordinate with Finance and banks to ensure timely salary disbursement • Perform payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records • Improve and automate payroll processes within ERP systems Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 1–3 years of payroll experience in Saudi Arabia • SOCPA membership (Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants) • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and the Disciplinary Penalties Regulation • Experience with Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics • Proficiency in Excel and accounting principles
