Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Level: Fresh Graduate Posted Date: 22 October 2026 Closing Date: 24 October 2026 Role Description: We are looking for a Fresh Graduate HR Coordinator to join our team and support the management and development of our HR operations, with a genuine opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in a professional and fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support daily HR operations and administrative activities. - Maintain and update employee records and HR data. - Assist with attendance and leave management. - Support recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates. - Prepare and follow up on employee documents and contracts. - Assist with the onboarding process for new employees. - Prepare HR reports and data. - Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR-related requests. - Support Employee Engagement activities and internal initiatives. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Fresh graduate. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Proactive personality with a strong willingness to learn. - Good command of English. - Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks. - Willingness to work from our office in Riyadh.
