About the role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 - 7 years of HR experience covering Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Personnel Administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower verification, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with approved manpower plans, recruitment policies, and workforce requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training programs, certifications, and employee development initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and prepare L&D reports.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, acting assignments, leave, benefits, and separations.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employment-related documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and provide guidance to team members on HR operations.
