Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Food & Beverage About the Role GRIVOT, a human resources consulting and services company, is recruiting a Production Manager on behalf of a leading company. The role will lead production and operational activities at a central food and beverage production facility, ensuring the supply of products to more than 70 branches in the required quantities, to the required quality standards, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage daily production and operational activities across all departments within the central facility. • Develop production plans based on branch demand, forecasts, and available capacity. • Ensure timely product availability for more than 70 branches while maintaining consistent quality and required quantities. • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehousing, Quality, and Logistics to ensure material availability and uninterrupted supply. • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. • Improve productivity, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste, downtime, and production costs. • Lead and develop production teams, monitor KPIs, and coordinate preventive maintenance to maintain operational readiness. Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. • At least 12 years of experience leading and managing food and beverage production and operations, including experience in a central production facility. • Proven experience managing production and supply requirements for a large branch network, preferably 70 or more branches. • Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, inventory coordination, and cost control. • Strong practical knowledge of food safety systems, including HACCP and GMP, occupational health and safety, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in ERP systems, production reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
