In 2025, Almarai reported net income of SAR 2.4 billion on sales of SAR 22 billion About the Role: To manage a team efficiently to intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards. Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below: • To hold a degree in Production Technology, certificated in Supervisory Management is desirable • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position within the Poultry or Food environment. • Conduct internal Quality/HACCP Audits/ISO 22000 experience. • Propose modification/process optimization to improve service level of the department. • Well versed with development systems, SOPs and plant commissioning. • Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards. • Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service level . • Co-operative with superiors’ peers and subordinates. • Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce • Able to develop a team environment and boost the output level of employees. • Able to work in co-ordination with multicultural workforce • Able to train people for required jobs and develop a multicultural workforce.
