Freelance Recruiter (Hybrid)

Freelance Recruiter (Hybrid) | Dubai, UAE The Lending Tree is looking for experienced and self-motivated Freelance Recruiters to support our growing recruitment requirements. This is a 3-month contractual opportunity (extendable), ideal for recruitment professionals looking for flexible, part-time work, including those returning to the workforce or seeking additional freelance opportunities. We welcome candidates with recruitment experience from any industry. Prior experience in banking, mortgage or financial services recruitment will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks and referrals. • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability. • Coordinate interviews with the internal hiring team. • Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Requirements ✅ Minimum 1 year of prior UAE recruitment experience. ✅ Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE. ✅ Valid UAE residence visa under own/family sponsorship or other eligible sponsorship is required. ✅ Experience in candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination. ✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment platforms. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets. ✅ Prior experience hiring for banking, mortgage or financial services roles is an advantage.
