KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Source and attract qualified candidates for real estate sales positions. • Manage job postings across LinkedIn, job portals, and social media. • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. • Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants. • Build a strong talent pipeline of experienced real estate agents and freshers. • Support recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding. REQUIREMENTS • Experience in recruitment, preferably within the Dubai real estate industry. • Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate-management skills. • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment and job portals. • Target-driven, organized, and proactive. • Must be available to join immediately.
